Bahamas Hotel Policy

Each vacationer will have to pay the following government imposed taxes.
10% VAT, 5% Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board levy, 5% Cable Beach Promotion Board levy, US $85 per room, per night service charge and US$45 per room, per night fee upon check in.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. 

Cancellation/Alteration Policy

ALTERATIONS:

You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation. After this, if any further changes are required a penalty of USD$100.00 will apply, or you will be advised to cancel and rebook your reservation. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability. Any alteration request must be made in writing to HBHLawson@gmail.com 30 days prior to arrival.

Refunds are not permitted.

CANCELLATION:

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive a full Service Fee (room fee) accreditation. Any reservation cancellation request must be received at HBHLawson@gmail.com  30 days in advance. Any cancellation with less than 30 days prior to arrival or no show will result in the Service Fee (room fee) being forfeited in its entirely. Refunds are not possible nor can be processed in the event of a cancellation.

Accreditations will be valid for 2 years from the cancellation date.

Early departure will result in forfeiting the Service Fee (room fee) and all-inclusive fees entirely.

 

 

Cancun's Hotel Policy
  • An original ID to be provided at reception upon arrival.
  • A minimum 4 night stay is required.
  • Eco Tax of $1.60 US / night
  • Government Tax $4.22 / night

Dominican Republic’s Hotel Policy
  • A fee of USD $25 per person, per night for Villa guests due upon check in
  • An original ID to be provided at reception upon arrival.
  • A Fee of USD$18 per person, per night is payable by the guest to the hotel upon check in.
  • A minimum 4 night stay is required.

Dubai’s Hotel Policy
  • As per Government regulations, original Emirates ID / original Passport to be provided at reception upon arrival.
  • The government of Dubai charges a Tourism fee of USD$5.55) per room, per night.
  • A minimum of a 4 night stay is required.

FURTHER OBLIGATIONS OF GUEST

Each vacationer shall be subject to the following obligations. The primary vacationer shall procure that any guest occupying an accommodation along with the vacationer shall comply with these obligations insofar as they are applicable to the occupation of an Accommodation.

  1. To occupy Accommodation only between the specified check-in time on the first day and the specified checkout time on the last day of each period of occupation allocated to him/her.
  2. To notify ILRV in writing in advance of the commencement of the relevant Week.
  3. To keep and maintain the interior of the Accommodation occupied in a good and tenantable state and condition during the period of the occupancy, and to pay or indemnify ILRV and/or the hotel/resort against any damage, deterioration, or dilapidation (other than as a result of fair wear and tear, of which ILRV shall be the sole judge), which may have occurred during his occupancy period.
  4. In the event that any repairs or maintenance work is required to an Accommodation or its contents while a vacationer occupies it, to allow reasonable access on reasonable notice, except in the case of emergency (in which case no notice shall be given), to enable such work to be carried out. Should Management deem it necessary, the vacationer shall be given alternative Accommodations in order to carry out said repair or maintenance.
  5. Not to make alterations to any Accommodation or its contents.
  6. To pay all other expenses howsoever incurred by the vacationer (including all telephone calls made), and to pay any deposit as ILRV and/or the management of the hotel/resort may demand against its charges, such as food, beverages and any services of the Accommodation.
  7. To notify in writing ILRV forthwith of any change in his permanent address. A vacationer failing to do so shall be solely responsible for all of the consequences therefore, including (but not limited to) any consequences arising out of the vacationer receiving any invoices, demands, notices or other communications sent to him/her.
  8. At all times to observe the Vacationers Agreement and the Rules of Occupation as amended from time to time and any regulations applicable to the Accommodation/Resort at the location at which the vacationer stays.
  9. Not to do anything which would make void or avoidable the insurance of the Accommodation or ILRV or which may operate to increase the premium.
  10. To pay, prior to the confirmation of the reservation the Fee applicable to the type of Accommodation being requested.
  11. ILRV shall be entitled to levy a charge on any vacationer who is in breach of any of the foregoing obligations for the amount of any loss or damage incurred or to be incurred as a result of such breach and until such time as such charge has been paid in full by the vacationer, he/she shall be suspended and shall not be entitled to occupy and shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of ILRV, nor shall be entitled to utilize the facilities of the International Luxury Resort Vacations.
